Authentic Farm-to-Table Cuisine

“Farm to table” is our mission and we use only the freshest ingredients sourced from local Louisiana farmers and other farm operations located throughout the South. We bring locally grown food directly from the source to you.  

Saveur Catering operates using the 'Farm to Table concept. The term “Farm to table” comes from the idea that the less time and fewer hands it takes for the food to get from the farm to the table, the fresher, more environmentally sensitive and community-minded​ it is. From local Louisiana farmers to family-owned farms all over the South, we bring you locally grown food directly from the source. Chef Melissa Araujo and her talented team of restaurant-trained chefs using beautiful seasonal ingredients sourced from local artisans and farmers across Louisiana and the South create our menus.
